About Me:
My name is Janie Marrinan and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have experience working with children and young adults with Autism, Down Syndrome, and other developmental delays. In addition to being a certified trainer, I have my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. Within the last 5 years of my training career, I have trained clients of all abilities ranging from the ages of 10-95. I have experience working with clients that are looking to lose weight, gain weight, increase endurance, improve strength and achieve their overall health! I’m a trainer who looks to challenge clients physically while understanding them emotionally in order to help them achieve their goals.
